Terms of use

This English text is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Uzbek text, the Uzbek text prevails.

These Terms of use (the "Terms") set the rules for using the website www.fastcrm.uz (the "Site") and the Fast-CRM Cloud service (the "Service"), including its platform at fastcrm.uz (the "Platform"), run by [company name] (the "Provider").

1. General

1.1. By using the Site or the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

1.2. The paid Fast-CRM Cloud service is governed by the Public offer. If these Terms conflict with the offer, the offer prevails.

1.3. Processing of personal data (data about a specific person) is governed by the Privacy policy and the Data processing annex.

1.4. The edition of Fast-CRM that a customer installs on its own servers (on-premise) is governed by the Licence agreement. These Terms apply to it insofar as they do not conflict with the Licence agreement.

2. Account and security

2.1. Give accurate details at registration and keep them up to date.

2.2. Keep your password and other means of access secret and do not share them. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

2.3. Report any unauthorised access to an account, or suspicious use of it, to info@fastcrm.uz immediately.

2.4. The customer that owns an account is responsible for actions taken through it.

3. Prohibited actions

3.1. When using the Site and the Service you must not:

• send spam, that is, bulk or advertising messages without the recipients' consent;
• post or distribute material that breaks the law, infringes the rights of others, or incites fraud or violence;
• process personal data without a legal basis;
• attack the Service or its users: attempt unauthorised access, run denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, scan for vulnerabilities without permission, or spread malware;
• bypass security measures, tariff limits or access rights;
• decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse-engineer the Service's software (try to work out how it is built), except where the law expressly allows it;
• resell access to the Service or give it to third parties without the Provider's written consent;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with the Provider.

3.2. If you find a vulnerability in the Service, do not exploit it, and report it to info@fastcrm.uz.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. Rights to the Site, the Platform and the Service's software, their design and texts, and to the Fast-CRM name and logo belong to the Provider or its licensors.

4.2. You may use the Site and the Service only within these Terms and the offer; no other rights are transferred to you.

4.3. Rights to the data that customers and their users put into the Service remain with the customers.

5. Restriction of access and liability

5.1. If these Terms are breached, the Provider may limit or suspend access to the Site or the Service as set out in the offer.

5.2. Marketing material on the Site is general information; the terms of the Service are set by the offer and the tariff published on the Site.

5.3. Liability is determined under the offer.

6. Changes to these Terms

6.1. The Provider may change these Terms. A new version is published on the Site with its update date, and significant changes are announced in advance on the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Site or the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
